Unvaccinated passengers aged 3 and older must have a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test taken at most 48 hours before departure or a negative antigen test taken no more than 24 hours before. Nationals of the Philippines are exempt if they have proof of recovery from the virus. Passengers must complete the “Philippines e-CIF” or “Philippines One Health Pass” form and present the QR code on arrival. Visa on arrival services are currently suspended. Foreign nationals can still apply for the Philippines online visa.
