All passengers over the age of 12 must have a vaccine certificate showing they are fully vaccinated. Unvaccinated children under 12 must travel with a vaccinated parent or guardian. Filipino nationals are exempt, but they must quarantine for 14 days if unvaccinated. Unvaccinated passengers aged 3 and older must have a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test taken at most 48 hours before departure or a negative antigen test taken no more than 24 hours before. Nationals of the Philippines are exempt if they have proof of recovery from the virus. Passengers must complete the “Philippines e-CIF” or “Philippines One Health Pass” form and present the QR code on arrival. Visa on arrival services are currently suspended. Foreign nationals can still apply for the Philippines online visa.

The Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) is planning to launch a new visa for entry to all member states. The Philippines are one of the 10 ASEAN countries.
This new ASEAN visa will be available through an online application system. Visitors will be able to get an ASEAN visa for the Philippines by filling in a quick form using a computer or device.
