- You may wear neither eyeglasses nor headwear except for religious purposes
- Your photos should not be affixed to your application and it may not display evidence of adhesive tape or staples
- Business Cover LetterYou are required to provide a Business Cover Letter from your U.S.-based company. All letters must be printed on company letterhead that displays a U.S. mailing address. Use the included sample Business Cover Letter to complete your letter.
- Visa Application FormYou must provide one fully completed and signed application form.

- Single Entry Visa ApplicantsThe Consulates of Ghana issue single entry visas that are valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. Travelers are advised to apply for a single entry visa no more than 30 days before the intended departure date. This will ensure that your visa will be valid for the longest duration possible.
- Hotel ConfirmationAn official hotel confirmation letter is required. The letter must:
- Be on an official hotel letterhead
- Display the full hotel address
- Include the dates of stay
- Display your name as it appears in your passport. If accompanied by other travelers, their names must also appear on the hotel confirmation.
- Be signed by a hotel staff memberNote: In addition to the signed hotel confirmation letter, a copy of the signee’s Passport/ID must be provided.
