To be considered by Western Australia, you must first lodge an expression of interest (EOI) in the Department of Home Affairs SkillSelect database. WA Migration Services invites eligible EOIs on a monthly basis to apply for Western Australian state nomination based on a ranking system.

You can be invited through one of two streams:

  • the general stream, and
  • the graduate stream.
