ONLINE PROCESS TO APPLY FOR UAE VISA

STEP: 1
Fill the details in the visa application process and click on submit.
Accept the processing information, documents required, the terms and conditions and visa fees to continue.
Register online with active email ID and contact details to ensure a proper communication and get online updates on your visa application status.
If you are already registered please login by entering your email ID and password.

Once you are registered, apply for the visa by filling the Visa Application Process with accurate information.

Upload the required documents as mentioned in the “Eligibility & Documents Required” section.

The email subject must contain the TRIP ID reference number which is provided by the system after completing the application process. Once all the details are filled, the summary of the information entered is displayed. Click on “Continue”. Visa acknowledgement receipt will be displayed along with a TRIP ID. This TRIP ID will be used for all future correspondence. The submitted details will be reviewed by our visa operations team and you will be contacted or notified if your application is in accordance with the guidelines provided by the UAE Immigration authority. Additional documents and/or a refundable guarantee deposit may be required for processing your application and this will be communicated to you by our visa operations team after reviewing your application. Once the visa application has been reviewed, you will be notified to make the payment for the visa application and if required, for the refundable deposit amount.


STEP- 2: PAYMENT OPTIONS
Login using the email ID and password provided during the registration process.
Online payment can be made from Visa Details listing from the MY TRIP section.

For cash payment, please visit any of the Air Arabia sales shops.

Once your visa is approved the visa copy will be uploaded online.
You can download your visa copy online by logging in to www.airarabia.com  with your registered email and password. Go to MYTRIP button at the top right side of the website.

You must print your visa after downloading. Check all the details mentioned in the visa copy and in case of any discrepancy please contact us immediately by emailing us at visaassistance@airarabia.com
Incorrect detail in your visa copy (or details not matching your passport) may result in rejecting entry in to the U.A.E by the Immigration officer. Air Arabia will not be liable for any rejection whatsoever.

Visitors are advised to carefully go through the “Note” printed on the visa document for “Visa Validity and Duration of Stay”
