Student visa in Taiwan will be different from other countries. Taiwan is not a member of the EU or EFTA and thus does not have an agreement with the Schengen Area. In order to study in Taiwan, you need to obtain a student visa before arriving.

The current regulations require applicants to submit their application at least 90 days before the date of enrollment for study in Taiwan. The regulations also state that applicants who are applying for a student visa should be enrolled in a full-time degree program at an accredited institution, which means they can’t just apply for any kind of school or course they want to take.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) has provided detailed information regarding how to apply for a student visa on its website: [link].
