For many people who are looking for vacation ideas, St. Lucia might look more like a tourist trap than anything else but let me assure you it is not. I will also take you through some of the very interesting facts about this place so as to peak your interest and make you want to jump aboard a flight and go there as soon as possible.
The best time to vacation in St. Lucia is between December and February, when the weather is hot and sunny, but the humidity is not too high. This is also a good time to visit because many cruise ships do not visit during this period. The average temperature in December is 80 degrees Fahrenheit.
Visitors should also consider visiting between June and September, when there are fewer tourists and the prices are cheaper. However, this period can be rainy at times.

It’s no surprise that St Lucia’s low season coincides with its wet season. Rainfall is high, and residents are officially on Atlantic hurricane watch. But budget travelers will find this stretch favorable, as airlines and hotels offer deep discounts on fares and room rates.

This is the sweet spot for travelers looking for a lazy beach day. Tourist crowds are lessening and prices have dropped, which makes it a great time for a chill getaway. It’s also a time of reflection, as locals celebrate Easter. There aren’t any major activities of note, so you can take your time visiting the island’s premier attractions at leisure.
