A Tourist Visa In Dubai

The Dubai tourist visa is the most common type of visa for travelers wishing to attend conferences, funerals, etc. The withdrawal period for this visa is 30 days. If a visa holder intends to stay in the country after that period he must apply for either a six-month residence visa or a two-year employment visa. To do this, he must provide an address upon entry and his sponsor’s permission. While there is no restriction on how far the sponsor is allowed to live from the address provided, city planners have divided Dubai into different zones and each zone has a specific population limit. Visitors who intend to live in Dubai past their tourist visas are discouraged from applying for zone 3 residencies unless they already have established ties with the city.
