Albania Visa For Indian Nationals

Under the Indian Government’s Liberalized e-Visa policy, citizens of India can now apply online for an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) to visit Albania. The ETA allows entry into Albania as a Tourist and to establish / re-establish contact with certain limited family members residing in Albania.

Albanian immigration laws are very strict and difficult to get around. They are also very strict in regards to immigration laws of other countries within the world, specifically regarding visitors and visitors who maintain immigrant status within Albania. It is also difficult for tourists to get visa-free entry into Albania because of these strict immigration regulations.

The Republic of Albania is a country in the southeastern Europe, neighboring Serbia and Montenegro, with a land area of 28,744 square kilometers. The capital city is Tirana, with a population around 800 thousands drifting to the suburbs. Albania’s occupation by Italy after WWI was interrupted by the Fascist era (until 1943).

To apply for a travel visa to Albania requires the following documents:

A

Filled out and signed Albania Tourist visa application form

BPassport.

 Original, signed Germany passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity and at least 2 empty pages.

C2 Photos.

 Two recent passport size photographs.

Bank Statement. Copies of bank statements from the past 3 months.

Flight tickets. Tickets for round trip and return with fixed dates.

F

Covering letter. Covering letter from applicant mentioning, personal, passport, travel and who will bear the expenses details.

G

Proof of accommodation. Hotel reservation or accommodation certificate duly certified by the local authorities in Albania or an invitation from Albania travel agency with itinerary.
