American Visa For Brazilian Citizens

This program allows entry for up to 90 days, however nearly all Brazilian citizens who enter the United States on a tourist or business visa stay for a longer period of time than this. After ninety days, a visa overstay is recorded by US Immigration, and you can be stopped at any time by immigration and even deported. The U.S. Embassy and Consulates have extended the validity of payments (known as the MRV fee) until September 30, 2023, to allow all applicants who were unable to schedule a visa appointment as a result of the suspension of routine consular operations an opportunity to schedule and/or attend a visa appointment with the already paid fee.
