Application For Indian Visa In Uk

Today, applying a visa to Indian embassy in UK is easy. But there was a time when things were very different. I remember two or so years ago, getting an Indian visa was not at all simple. You had to send your passport via courier services, visit the embassy office personally. The procedure itself was long and tiresome. You used to spend hours queuing at the embassy office. You spent more money because you had to pay a courier service for sending your passport cover to the visa department.

Applying for an Indian visa has never been easier. Whether you are looking to apply for a tourist visa or business visa, completing the right application forms and receiving the appropriate documents is vital. Here you’ll find everything you need to make your application process as stress-free as possible.

The first step is to determine which visa type you need, and check whether you’re eligible to apply for it.

You’ll also need to know the documents that you’ll have to submit along with your application, how long the application might take and fees you’ll have to pay.

Each application must comply with the guidelines applicable for your visa category.

If your documents are not in English , you may need to get translations prepared before applying.
