Schedule a Birthday Party

Party Rental Information and Rules:

• Payment due at the time of booking
• Check-in at the Central Park desk (on main level) when you arrive. You will be provided with the amount of wristbands you have previously paid for. Additional wristbands must be paid for at the time of request and or can be purchased during check-in. All sales are final.
• Your party room rental time includes both the set up and take down of your party. The time of your reservation is stipulated on your receipt. You may not enter the room early.  Please be considerate of staff and others using the rooms outside of your reservation time so events stay on schedule.
• Absolutely no home cooked foods or alcohol are allowed on the premises. 
• No food preparation will take place on-site
• All food product and waste is to be removed off-site following the event within the room rental period, unless pre-authorized.
• All food must be provided by a licensed establishment. This may include a caterer licensed in Minnesota, local restaurant or grocery store.
• Decorating the rental room is permitted. Nothing can be taped or tacked to the walls.  All items brought in must be removed or disposed of at the conclusion of the reservation. No glitter, confetti, confetti-filled balloons, silly string, or piñatas are allowed.
• DJ’s and loud music are prohibited.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Requests received 45 days or more prior to rental date, will be eligible for a refund minus a 15% administrative fee. Requests received less than 45 days prior to rental date will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations due to sickness or family emergency we will work with you to change the date of the party.
• Parties who do not use their reservation (no shows) will forfeit the entire reservation payment. 
• Refunds will not be issued for parties that are asked to leave due to Lookout Ridge/Central Park rule/party guideline violations or for parties who do not use their full reservation time (late arrivals/early departures).

Birthday Party FAQs

Payments & Final Counts
A $100 deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation. All deposits must be made with a valid credit or debit card. Tax and a 10% package gratuity are added to all birthday packages. All gratuity goes directly to your party host(ess). Final count along with final payment is due 2 business days prior to your event.

Who do I include in my party package count?
The birthday count includes all guests, including the birthday child. If adults are participating, they can also be included in the package at the same rate as the children. If adults are attending but not participating, we do not include them in the package cost.

If I choose a bowling package, how many lanes will we get?
PiNZ provides 1 lane for every 6 guests included in the bowling package. (Ex. 10-12 guests will receive 2 lanes, 13=18 guests will receive 3 and so forth.)

Cancellations & Rescheduling
All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your event, you will be refunded in the form of a PiNZ Gift Card. If you need to postpone your event, your deposit/payment will be kept on file to reschedule within 30 days.

Outside food, cake & ice cream
PiNZ does allow outside cake (including ice cream cake), cupcakes and ice cream cups. No other outside food is allowed inside PiNZ as we have a full kitchen and catering service.

How long is the birthday party?
The Big Blast Party Package is roughly 2 hours, our Game On Package is roughly 2 hours and our Royal Treatment Package is roughly 3 hours. We do ask that all guests arrive 15 minutes prior to your start time.

When & where is food served?
During a Game On Package, food will be served at a reserved table in our main dining area. For this, we recommend cake being served prior to the arcade. During our Big Blast & Royal Treatment Packages, food will be served 15 minutes into the bowling time at the bowling lanes. For these, we recommend cake to be served 20-30 minutes prior to the bowling time ending.

What is the difference between the arcade cash value & the unlimited play (Game On & Royal Treatment Package)?
Each guest receives their own arcade card that has 2 values on it. The arcade cash is for games that award prizes & tickets (for the redemption center). The unlimited play is for games that do not award prizes or tickets (ex. any racing games, air hockey & shooting). Game selections vary by location. VR games are not an unlimited play option and will deduct a cash value.

Decorations, goody bags & invitations
PiNZ allows tablecloths and balloons only for our birthday packages. Plates, napkins and other paper goods will be provided, but you may bring in your own if you have a specific theme. PiNZ does not provide goody bags or invitations. You may bring in goody bags to hand out at the end of the party.
