2. Person wishes to travel to Bulgaria for the purpose of Tourism/Family or friends Visit/Business can apply visa through Visa Lounge. Person who seeks employment in Bulgaria is not eligible to apply through Visa Lounge.
3. Travel insurance is mandatory requirement for passengers traveling to Bulgaria. Visa Lounge also provides Travel Insurance to passengers at an additional cost.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
Tourist :

1. Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank page for visa stamp.
   Please Note:
   a) Copy of all used pages of passport including front and back pages..
   b) Attach all your old passports (if any)
2. Bulgaria Visa Application Form : One visa application form duly filled and signed.
3. Photo Specification: Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)
4. Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
5. Covering Letter : Covering-Letter from applicant on business letter head mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria, New Delhi.
   Please Note : Covering-Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed .
6. Financials
   a) Personal ITR for 3 Yrs.
   b) Company and Personal Bank Statement for last six months.
   c) Credit Card copy/Foreign Exchange endorsement/Travelers Cheque
   d) Proof of sufficient funds to stay in Bulgaria with minimum amount Euro 50 per day. If accommodation has to be arranged by applicant, a minimum Euro 100 per day is required.


7. Hotel Booking : Hotel Confirmation/proof of accommodation.(for non prearranged tours)
   Please Note : Original documents/voucher issued by a Tourist organization/Tour operator for Pre-Paid tourist service is required, containing the license number of the tourist organization/Tour Operator, it should be issued by the Bulgarian Ministry of Economy, along with the name, license no of the Hotel, and the duration of the pre-paid tour services.
8. Ticket: Confirmed Air Ticket.
9. Medical Insurance Certificate of overseas insurance with a minimum coverage of EUR 30,000.including the Medical expenses for the duration of stay.
