The Crowley Real Estate Bethany Beach Vacation Rentals Index is a measure of rental activity in the Bethany Beach area, which is located on the eastern side of Delaware. The Index is based on the number of vacation rental listings posted on the Crowley Real Estate website during the previous quarter.
The index has risen to its highest level since 2018, indicating that there are more vacation rentals available than at any time since that year. This could be due to an increase in overall demand for vacation rentals in Bethany Beach or simply an increase in the number of properties listed on our site—or both!
