ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ISRAEL VISA

1. Indian National holding a valid Indian passport can apply for Israel Visa.
2. Person wishes to travel to Israel for the purpose of Tourism/Family or friends Visit/Business can apply visa through Visa Lounge. Person who seeks employment in Israel is not eligible to apply through Visa Lounge.
3. Travel insurance is mandatory requirement for passengers traveling to Israel. Visa Lounge also provides Travel Insurance to passengers at an additional cost.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
Tourist :

1. Passport: Original Passport with the validity of minimum six months from the date of return and minimum one blank page for visa stamping.
   Please Note: Attach two sets of photocopy (one colored and one black & white) of first and last page of the passport on a single page along with all old passports (if any).
2. Israel Visa Application Form : One visa application form to be duly filled and signed by the applicant.
Following forms also need to be filled, signed and submitted along with the application:
   a) VFS Consent form
   b) Checklist
   Please Note: Applicant’s mobile number & email ID must be mentioned on the visa application form.
3. Photo Specification: Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 50mm x 50mm).
   Please note: Photograph should not be more than 6 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
4. Covering Letter : Covering-letter from applicant stating the applicant’s name, passport number, outlined of the itinerary, purpose of visit, names. The letter should be duly signed by the authorized signatory and addressed to – The Consulate General of Israel, Mumbai.
5. Proof of occupation
   If company employee
   a) Company leave letter- (attached company noc letter format)
   b) Salary slips for last three months
6. Financials:
   a) Original Bank Statement for last 3 months with Bank stamp and Seal on A4 sized paper only with a minimum balance of Rs.1,00,000(Internet bank statement will not be accepted). Applicant’s name must be mentioned on statement.
7. Ticket: Ticket Itinerary.
8. Medical: Medical Insurance for the entire period of stay amounting US$ 40,000 or equivalent. The policy has to clearly specify the period of validity and has to cover the entire duration of the trip including the date of arrival & departure.

Business :

8. Invitation letter: Invitation Letter from Israeli host / inviting Company on its letter head in Hebrew or English language stating the applicant’s name, passport number, purpose & duration of stay and guarantee that the applicant will leave Israel before the expiry of the visa that has issued to him. The letter should be duly signed by the authorized signatory mentioning his name and designation.
9. Financials documents:
   a) Original Bank Statement for last 3 months with Bank stamp and Seal on A4 sized paper only with a minimum balance of Rs.1,00,000 (Internet bank statement will not be accepted). Applicant’s name must be mentioned on statement.

   Please Note:
As per Israel consulate guidelines we can request them to issue Business E-visa mentioning on covering letter and invitation letter, but the decision to issue the type of visa (E-visa or Stamp visa) will be subject to the consulate.
   a) The applicable visa fee in Indian Rupees is as per the exchange rate of the Consulate / Embassy/ High Commission.
   b) Visa fees and Service charges are not refunded if your application is refused by the Consulate / Embassy/ High Commission
   c) The issuance of visa is the whole and sole prerogative of the concerned Consulate/Embassy of the sovereign state over which we do not have any control. We merely act as a document delivery agent between the customer and the concerned Consulate/Embassy and shall in no way be responsible for any delay or refusal in the issuance of visa by the respective Consulate / Embassy/ High Commission.
