If you want to go to Turkey, of course you need a visa. Kosovo citizens can get a visa from the Turkish embassy and if it is an urgent case then you can contact with your embassy in Kosovo. For the past ten years plus, Kosovo has organized a festival on a theme. The first festival was held in Pristina, then it continues in different cities all around Kosovo, including Gjakovër in Albania.  Divided into two weeks, the Festival of Film West presents, every second year and alternating with the International Film Festival Prizren, an international competition of short and medium-length films.

This is because there are certain travel restrictions that exist between Kosovo and Turkey, which means that one has to take care of these barriers before they even travel.

Visas for Kosovo citizens

Citizens of the Republic of Kosovo can travel without visas to Albania, Turkey, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and the Maldive Islands. To travel to other countries, Kosovo citizens must be issued with a visa at the Embassy of these countries or Embassies responsible for issuing respective visas. If the country to which the Kosovo citizen is traveling does not have an accredited Embassy in Kosovo, or an accredited embassy does not issue visas, then issuing with visas can be done at the embassy of this country in another state.
