What has changed?
First of all, Master’s students are now allowed to work full-time (40 h/week) with no need to get an additional work permit. This means that a non-EU national with a temporary residence permit for studies in Lithuania will be able to join the job market just like the locals.

A student who wants to stay in Lithuania after graduating from his Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD studies will be able to apply for a temporary residence permit for job search.
