All inbound travelers must complete a Health Declaration Form online before departing for Rwanda. All arriving passengers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test result performed within 72 hours prior to departure from the first embarkation point, except for passengers younger than 5 years. They will be retested on arrival and must quarantine at a designated hotel for 3 days at their own expense.
