We stayed at Sandy Beach for 2 weeks in March 2017 and had a ball. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed to make us feel like home. We were surprised how warm and comfortable it was, considering that this area is located on the oceanfront. And being able to walk right out onto the beach was awesome!
The location of the house is perfect! It’s close enough to all of our favorite restaurants, but far enough away that you don’t have people walking by every 5 minutes during your meal or staying up late partying outside your window (which occurred at one of our other rentals). But still within walking distance if you want to go over there instead! This home has everything from fantastic lighting inside & out, beautiful hardwood floors throughout (and even nice rugs), granite countertops in kitchen & bathrooms…there’s really nothing else I could think about asking for when staying here except perhaps more time!!

This was a beautiful house! It is located in a quiet neighborhood, and yet close to everything you need. The view from the deck of the Gulf of Mexico was breathtaking! The house itself was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay.
The pool area is private, which made it nice for relaxing after long days at the beach or exploring the area. We especially loved hanging out on the covered patio during rain showers! This home has all new furniture/appliances throughout except for an old TV in one bedroom (we didn’t watch much TV). But if that’s important to you then be aware that there isn’t HD programming available here (it only gets basic cable channels).
This property provided a great experience overall: beautiful views; convenient location; comfortable living spaces; well-maintained home… I would definitely recommend this property as your next vacation destination!

This house was perfect for our family. It is well equipped and very comfortable, with quality furniture and bedding. The location was also quite nice, being not too far from the beach but still in a quiet neighborhood. It’s also located close to several restaurants and shops. The owner has done an excellent job maintaining this property; it shows pride of ownership throughout!
