When we were looking for a place to stay in Cape Cod, we found this gem of a house. It was just as pictured and everything is brand new! The location couldn’t be better as it sits right on the beach with beautiful views. The house has three bedrooms with two baths which was perfect for our family of four. We would definitely recommend this listing to anyone looking for a great vacation rental in Falmouth MA!

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for yourself or your family: an oven/stovetop combo, microwave, refrigerator/freezer combo, dishwasher and sink with running water. You’ll even find an ice maker in case you want some fresh cubes!

The kitchen was also large enough to accommodate multiple people working in it at once. While the sink is small, there’s plenty of counter space on either side of the sink to prepare food while still having room to move around within the rest of the kitchen.
The stovetop works great (although you have to turn on both burners if you want them both operating at once). There’s also an oven that heats quickly and evenly so you don’t have burnt edges or undercooked centers when baking food items like cookies or cakes!

The location of this home is ideal – minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants but also tucked away from it all on a quiet street. It felt like we were staying at an upscale resort because of how nice everything is inside the home (and outside).
This property was immaculate when we arrived – everything looked brand new! We were able to relax immediately upon arrival knowing that our vacation rental would be clean and ready for us.
