This spacious house has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, as well as a screened-in porch overlooking the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including dishwasher and microwave. There are also two TVs (one in the living room and one in the master bedroom). Wireless internet access is available throughout the house. Outside there’s a charcoal grill and picnic table by the ocean so you can enjoy meals on your own beautiful private beach!

Two king beds, two queens and two twin beds mean you’re sure to find a great place to sleep after a long day at the beach or around town! If you need some extra space for sleeping bags or blow-up mattresses – there is even an additional pullout sofa in one of the living areas.

Off street parking is a must. We have plenty of private space for you to park your car, so you’ll never have to move it again!
You can park in the driveway, garage, back yard or front yard. There’s also room to park on either side of your property.

- The home features 2 king bedrooms with private baths and walk-in closets; 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds and private bath (this bedroom shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with one other bedroom); and 1 bedroom that has 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeps 2 adults comfortably).

In addition to the master bedroom, there are two full bathrooms in the house. One is off the hallway and has a shower with a tub, sink and toilet. The other is off of the kitchen and has just a toilet and sink. The third bathroom can be used as a half-bathroom if you don’t want to use it as an additional full restroom for guests or family members that aren’t staying at sea y’all beach vacation rental.

- Washer/Dryer provided: If you need to do some laundry, you’ll be happy to know that there is a washer and dryer available in the garage. They are fully loaded so all you need to bring is your clothes!
- Laundry Room: The laundry room is located in the garage, which means that it’s very safe from any weather elements outside. It comes with an ironing board, iron and detergent for doing laundry during your stay. The room has two walls of shelving for folding items or storing them away if needed.

This cozy beach house has a full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker and plenty of cabinet space for your food. The laundry room is located off the kitchen so you can keep an eye on things while you wash your clothes.
charcoal grill for grilling
You’ll find a charcoal grill for your patio or balcony, and we’ll provide you with charcoal to use in it. This is an excellent way to grill because it produces a more traditional flavor than gas grilling, is healthier than gas grilling, and also burns cleaner than other types of grills.

We provide you with the cable tv and free wifi. The dvd player is located in the living room, as are a ton of movies to watch or even borrow while you stay here. If that’s not enough entertainment, we have a library full of books and games.
The kitchen has all the basics: dishwasher, washer/dryer, full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven and stovetop (with range hood). We have an outdoor charcoal grill so that you can enjoy cooking out on our patio area if you feel like grilling up some food for dinner! There is also off street parking for one vehicle per unit.
Each unit can sleep up to 8 people comfortably with two rooms with queen beds each as well as one room with two twin beds (or one king). Each room has its own bathroom so everyone gets their privacy when needed!

The rental price is $625 per night with a two-night minimum stay. It has wifi high speed internet access, two bedrooms and one bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, perfect for making that fresh fruit smoothie or cooking up a storm on the grill! The living room has an HDTV for watching your favorite shows while you relax on the comfortable sofa or armchair.
The master bedroom features a king size bed and an en suite bathroom with double sinks and large shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom contains two twin beds which are also equipped with their own TV (with cable). Each bedroom has its own private patio area so you can enjoy some fresh air even when it rains outside!
