Located at the far northern end of Kiva Dunes, this two-bedroom home is a great choice for groups looking to stay in close proximity. The master bedroom features a king bed and private patio, while the guest bedroom has a queen bed and its own full bathroom. There are also two twin beds in a shared room off of the kitchen/living area that can be used as an additional sleeping space or playroom for kids. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware and pots/pans; there’s also a washer and dryer so you don’t have to pack as much! Upstairs there’s an additional living area with fireplace where you can enjoy views out over the dunes from large windows all around (when they aren’t being covered by sand!).
There’s plenty of outdoor space too—a spacious deck off of each unit lets you relax outside even when it gets warm out because it’s covered by shade trees on three sides! You’ll also love lounging on one of our four hammocks while watching storms roll in over your beachfront view!
The Gulf Place Cottage
The Gulf Place Cottage is a two bedroom, one bathroom cottage with a pool located just steps from the beach. The cottage sleeps eight people, and has many amenities to make your vacation enjoyable.
The living area is equipped with cable TV, DVD player and stereo system. There is an open kitchen that has a dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker and all necessary cookware for cooking full meals at home or grilling out on the grill located next to the screened porch which overlooks the pool area. There are also two bedrooms in this cottage: one queen bedded room upstairs along with another queen bedded room downstairs. The first floor bedroom features its own private bath with shower only (no tub). All linens including bath towels are provided during your stay except for beach towels which can be purchased from us if you do not bring them from home. This property does not have air conditioning but does have ceiling fans throughout.
The Gulf Place Cottage is located directly on Seagrove Beach just across State Road A1A (highway A1A) from Publix Supermarket and within walking distance of restaurants and shops.

Highland Park 11
Highland Park 11 is a spacious three-bedroom home that sleeps eight people. The master suite features its own bathroom, making it ideal for families with teenagers or if you want some privacy while on vacation.
The kitchen has everything you need to cook delicious meals and snacks, including modern appliances like an oven and microwave. There’s also a washer/dryer so you can do your laundry while enjoying the beautiful views of Seagrove Beach!
There are two more bedrooms in Highland Park 11—one with two twin beds and another with one full bed—so this house is perfect if you’re traveling with kids or another couple (or even three couples!). Each bedroom comes equipped with an air conditioning unit for comfortable sleeping at night.
The Polo Club Condominiums (30A)
The Polo Club Condominiums (30A) are located on the beach in Seaside, Florida. This area is known as “The Golden Mile” because of its proximity to the 30A Highway, which runs along the coast up to Alys Beach and down to Rosemary Beach.
The property features one-bedroom condos that sleep four guests each and two-bedroom condos that sleep eight guests each.
