The UAE is one of the most preferred destinations for families due to high standards of living, a good standard of education and employment opportunities. It is also cosmopolitan with diverse religious and ethnic groups. As a result, there are many expatriates who have decided to settle down in UAE and make it their permanent abode. But before you apply for an emigration visa, there are several things which you need to consider.

The UAE visa for newborn estate is a new visa introduced in the year 2020. This type of visa is available to parents who are on the waitlist for their newborns in the UAE. The parents can apply for this visa online and it will be issued by the Consulate General in their home country.

The purpose of this new type of visa is to allow the parents to apply for their newborns’ passports as soon as they reach their destination country. This gives them an opportunity to get their passports before returning home, which would normally take more than six months due to processing times.

The application process for this type of visa is quite simple and can be done at any time during its validity period. Parents should make sure that they have all necessary documents ready before applying for this type of visa, because if they fail to provide these documents then there will be no chance of approval being granted.

Parents should also note that there are certain restrictions that apply when travelling with a newborn child within the UAE, so they should make sure that they comply with these rules before travelling with their child abroad.

If you are a new parent and you have been told that you may qualify to apply for an UAE visa, it is important to understand that your child’s passport must be valid for at least six months after his/her birth. The passport will also need to show the holder’s photo and be in good condition.

If your child has been born in the United Arab Emirates, it is possible that he/she may qualify for an Emirates ID card as well as an Emirates visitor visa. The visa will allow you to enter the country as long as you have proof of citizenship from your child’s country of origin. You will also need to fill out an application form before submitting it to the Embassy or Consulate nearest you.

If you’re planning to travel to the UAE and have a baby, you’ll need to apply for your child’s visa.

The process of applying for this visa can be confusing, especially if you don’t know exactly what documents you’ll need. Here are some tips:

1) You will need to provide your child’s passport or birth certificate as well as the original passport or birth certificate of their parents.

2) You will also need a copy of their birth certificate and any other documents that show their age, such as school records or immunization records.

3) If they were born in a foreign country, you will also need a copy of their immigration card or passport from that country (even if it was issued by another country).

The holders of ICA entry permit can enter the country through any of the country’s airports

UAE – If the mother of a newborn baby born outside the UAE has a residency visa and an approved permit to return to the country, the baby can obtain an entry permit, the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (ICA) has clarified.

In an FAQ released by the authority, it stated that the ICA-issued entry permit is not valid for Dubai residents. Dubai residents can apply to issue entry permits through the link here. However, the holders of ICA entry permit can enter the country through any of the country’s airports, it added.

For getting an entry permit, the applicant must enter the details of a family member inside the country. Return permits are available to all categories of residents, but priority is given to first-level relatives of residents who are inside the country, people of determination and professionals working in the healthcare sector, energy and communications sector, educational sector, business and economic activities sectors.

The authority said those with their visas expired after April 1 can also get an entry permit as the government had extended the validity of visas till December 2020. However, for those whose visas are cancelled by the sponsors when they were outside the country need to get a new visa to apply for an entry permit, the ICA clarified.

Residents who are stranded in any of the countries can obtain a permit but the entry will depend on the availability of flight services from that country.

To another question, the ICA replied that the validity period for the issued permits is 21 days from the date of approval and the entry permit is considered cancelled after 21 days. In such cases, the residents should submit application for another permit. Those who had their applications rejected by the ICA also should submit new applications.
