The employee brings all of the appropriate documents to the Department of Naturalization and Residency Dubai (DNRD), where the residence visa will be stamped onto their passport.

After obtaining residence and work permits, the employee may begin working in Dubai.

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) issues work permits in Dubai. Your employer has to apply for this permit, which is then converted into a valid residency visa. During this time, your employer will have to arrange formalities like medical testing, Emirates ID, Labour Card and residency visa.
